QUITCLAIM DEED FOR PARTIAL TERMINATION OF EASEMENT
This Quitclaim Deed for Partial Termination of Easement is made and effective as of the date of recordation shown above (“ Effective Date”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SPECIALISTS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC , a California limited liability company (“Grantor”) as the owner of that certain real property located in the County of Orange, State of California, located at 116 S State College Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92806 (the “ Dominant Tenement ”), hereby GRANTS, CONVEYS, REMISES, RELEASES AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS to the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY , a public body corporate and politic (“Grantee”), as the owner of that certain real property located at 151 S.
Cenpla Way Anaheim, CA 92806 (formerly 120 S. State College Blvd.) (the “ Servient Tenement”) a portion of that certain easement for driveway purposes in that certain agreement recorded October 25, 1956, in Book 3690, Page 204 of Official Records, Orange County, California, more particularly described on Exhibit “A” and depicted on the plat on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “ Terminated Easement ”). The Terminated Easement is hereby terminated and shall be of no further force or effect.
