B. Coordination status, and vertical bi-weekly progress meetings as needed throughout the duration of the schematic design phase. (8 estimated)
C. Provide a topographic verification survey based on the survey data provided on the City's base map. The survey will include transition locations, driveway entrances, storm drains with tie-ins, ADA parking and curb ramps, sewer manhole locations, including flow line information, and domestic water with meter and hydrant locations. The survey (both horizontal and vertical) will be based on the datum provided by the city.

D. RHA will conduct an existing tree study for Phase 2 and overlay the master plan with the existing site to examine & provide recommendations on which additional trees can be protected in place.

See example report from WCA. RHA will use this information to prepare a Tree Preservation Plan including specifications, details, etc.

E. RHA will provide up to three (3) Schematic Design options (based on the tree study) while preserving the integrity of the Master Plan.
a. Options will include all the main components identified in the Master Plan, including the prototype rocket and Grumman Jet.

F. RHA will provide 3-4 rendering and flyover renderings of the final Schematic Design.

G. RHA will coordinate the color scheme and theme for the park.

H. IA will prepare a statement of probable line-item construction costs, prepared and provided in Excel. • The statement of probable costs will adhere to the approved construction budget. • Any resulting Value Engineering shall be completed at no additional cost to the City, before moving forward into the next design phase.

I. Utility Study
a. PBLA will prepare a preliminary composite utility plan depicting existing wet and dry utility infrastructure with size, material, and location based on record drawing research, as well as onsite utility locating services. The plan will show all existing wet and dry utilites for both the adjacent perimeter streets, as well as any onsite record data that is available, proposed new utility facilities for sewer, domestic water, and irrigation needs. b. Project Plans for Phase 2 will also include all future anticipated utility connections (including new sewer, domestic water, irrigation, and electrical needs, for the future phases of the Park Renovation Project.
c. Design West will include the a site-specific investigation and produce a report presenting the existing electrical switch gear and current power sources (located inside a large underground vault in the center of the park) to understand current and future electrical needs. • The Utility Study will be completed before finalization of the restroom and utility building location and before the City accepts the schematic design. This will include full (MEP) coordination.
• Phase 2 will include utility accommodations for the implementation of the entire Master Plan: Allowing all new Phase 2 improvements while keeping the function of the existing park areas not improved in Phase 2.

J. CW Soils will Conduct Geotechnical borings/percolation (infiltration) testing and submit the geotechnical report to the City’s representative for review.
a. CW Soils proposed Services includes the following:
• Provide a review of published topographic and geologic maps, geotechnical reports, and aerial photographs, and relevant documents made readily available to us. • Excavate two (2) to three (3) borings to a maximum depth of roughly 20 feet or practical refusal.
• Perform geologic mapping and site reconnaissance.
• CW Soils experienced personnel will conduct the exploration, collect samples, log the excavations, and determine the depth to groundwater, if observed. The excavations will

SCOPE OF SERVICES (CONT.)
be backfilled with the excavated material and earth materials upon completion. • Obtain bulk and/or in-situ samples for engineering classification and laboratory testing. • Conduct laboratory testing of select earth materials to differentiate their engineering properties. The laboratory testing program is anticipated to include in-situ and maximum density, in-situ and optimum moisture, expansion potential, R-value, pH, resistivity, sulfate, and chloride content.
• A description of the exploration techniques and equipment utilized, including a detailed log of the excavations, a map showing the mapped geologic units, exploratory locations, and recommendations.
• Engineering and geologic analysis of data associated with the proposed improvements, including provisional conclusions and mitigation recommendations pertaining to the following:
o Geotechnical characteristics of the earth materials; o Depth to groundwater, if observed;
o Collapse potential;
o Expansion potential;
o Preliminary foundation design;
o Preliminary retaining wall design up to 6 feet high; o Corrosion potential and mitigation procedures;
