The work includes the construction of an approx. 1,185 SF outdoor splash pad with spray elements, drainage, a 264 SF mechanical building, outdoor shower with tankless water heater, water reservoir tank, rain diverter valve and catch basin, ADA concrete pat hway, three (3) shade structures, and associated site work consisting of utility connections, electrical and plumbing.
