RE: Additional Services Revision (ASR 1) Anaheim Fire Station 12 Raul,
As youareaware, theconstructionof theFire Stationis taking far longerto completethanassumedin our original proposalfor this project, aswell asrequiring far moretime thananticipateddueto a challenging contractor. Therearea numberof reasonsfor this, from lack of constructionsupervisionandcontractor projectmanagementissues, to poorworkmanshiprequiring rework, to subcontractordelaysin getting work done. Theoverallprojectscheduleis nowis showingananticipatedprojectedcompletionof November2026. Thework requiredto seethis projectthroughto completionis requiring anextensive amountof time to managethecontractorincluding respondingto unnecessaryRFI’s (multiple times), reviewinginvalid costrequestsandmultiple reviewsof submittalwhich areincorrectandincomplete.

Basedon ourcurrentlevelof service (submittals, ASI’s, RFI’s. weeklymeetings, sitevisits, etc.) the additionalfeeto continueto provideconstructionadministrationfor theprojectfrom November2025 throughNovember2026to continueto beroughly $20,000permonth, resultingin an additionalservice feein theamountof Two HundredFourtyThousandDollars ($240,000.00). Furtherdelaysor extensions pastthat time may requireadditional fees.

In additionto theadditionalconstructionadministrationfees, I ampleasedto offer this proposalfor Additional Servicesfor drawingsrequiredto incorporatethedesignandcoordinationof a Plymovent vehicleexhaustsystemfor theReserveBuilding. Designandcoordinationof electricalcordreeldrop locationsin theReserveBuilding for thefire apparatusvehicles, andelectricalcordreeldroplocations outsideof theReserveBuilding at theambulanceparkingservingtheambulances. This will require updateddrawingsandengineeringincluding thefollowing disciplines: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, andElectrical. Basedon directionprovidedbytheCity, thescopeof work will needto be submittedto theBuilding Departmentfor reviewandapproval.

Weareproposingto addthefollowing Scopeof Servicesfor theproject:

ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS
