Re: Anaheim Hills Festival Project, February 3, 2026, Hearing Dear Ms. Lauffer and Ms. Mulvihill:
We write on behalf of our clients, the applicants for the Anaheim Hills Festival Project (the “Project”), regarding the upcoming hearing on February 3, 2026, which was continued from the City Council’s hearing on January 13, 2026. Applicants hereby request that the City continue the February 3rd hearing to March 3, 2026 or another future date certain. We hereby confirm on behalf of our clients that if the City does not undertake any action on or regarding the Project on February 3rd other than continuing the hearing to a future date certain, then applicants will waive the “5 hearing rule” under Section 65905.5(a) with regard to the February 3rd hearing and such hearing shall not count as hearing under such rule.
