VISIT ANAHEIM SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE

Per the Amended and Restated Agreement with Visit Anaheim, effective June 13, 2025, Visit Anaheim will request and secure the City’s written consent to enter into any contract with any subcontractor for services if the subcontract amount exceeds $150,000 either in an individual contract amount or in an aggregate amount paid to a subcontractor as calculated on annual calendar year basis.

1/20/26 Tourism Economics The contractor will develop an Anaheim Economic Impact and Forecast report. The report covers various essential factors, including the total visitor volume and spending by category, the impact on employment and household
income, and the federal, state and local tax contributions stemming from visitor activities.
Tourism Economics has existing agreements with Visit Anaheim.
The aggregate amount, including this agreement, exceeds $150,000.
