ACTION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2025-008 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2026 [rescheduling the regular meeting of June 16 to June 23, 2026].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
At the November 4, 2025 meeting, the Housing Authority approved Resolution No.
AHA-2025-008, which established the dates and times of regular meetings of the Housing Authority. The item is being presented at the request of Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken to cancel and reschedule the June 16 meeting to June 23, 2026.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
