ACTION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2025-003 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2026 [rescheduling the regular meeting of June 16 to June 23, 2026].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the November 4, 2025 meeting, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA-2025-003, which established the dates and times of regular meetings of the Housing and Public Improvements Authority. The item is being presented at the request of Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken to cancel and reschedule the June 16 meeting to June 23, 2026.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
