ACTION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2025-002 which establishes the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2026 [rescheduling the regular meeting of June 16 to June 23, 2026].
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
At the November 4, 2025 meeting, the Public Financing Authority approved Resolution No. APFA-2025-002, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Public Financing Authority. The item is being presented at the request of Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken to cancel and reschedule the June 16 meeting to June 23, 2026.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
