The attached redlined copies of the MOUs reflect additional revisions, including language updates, clarification of existing provisions, and the removal of outdated provisions and classifications that have been superseded by prior Council actions.

The proposed MOU aligns compensation and related provisions for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers members with industry standards, to ensure the City remains competitive, supporting recruitment and employee retention. Additional compensation adjustments, including increases to meal and boot allowances, reflect the rising costs of food and goods. Collectively, these changes strengthen the City’s ability to recruit and retain a qualified workforce necessary to support the efficient operation that delivers direct services and resources to our community and visitors.
