The work consists of widening the Orangewood Avenue Bridge over the Santa Ana River, retrofitting existing bridge foundations, installing Santa Ana River improvements, and constructing a new waterline within Orangewood Avenue. The work includes demolition, bridge widening and retaining structures, bike trail reconstruction, fencing, lighting, paving, and other appurtenant work per the approved plans and permits.
