Project: Harbor Boulevard Rehabilitation from N/O Lincoln Avenue to North Street
The work consists of rehabilitating the roadway by removing and reconstructing the asphalt concrete pavement within the existing right of way with fiber reinforced rubberized asphalt concrete pavement; the removal and reconstruction of ADA access ramps, driveway approaches, curb, curb and gutter, local depressions, sidewalk; installation of a new pedestrian refuge island; replacement and adjustment of utility structures and pull-boxes; replacement of traffic detection devices, striping, signage, pavement markings, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements in accordance with the Project’s Plans and Specifications.
