Hello Christine
We have discussed this request with you before. We have owned the following 5.3 acres of vacant land in Anaheim Hills. We have received numerous offers from developers to purchase our land and developed it into the affordable housing units.

Again, we would like to express our interest to request for these pieces of land to be considered in the Anaheim Housing Element to satisfy part of the SCAG affordable housing requirements.

1. 2.3 Acres, Anaheim Hills, Santa Ana Canyon Road/Mohler APN: 356-311-01, 356-311-21, 356-311-22, 356-311-23, 356-311-24

2. 3.0 Acres, Anaheim Hills, Santa Ana Canyon Road/Peralta Hills Drive APN: 361-253-23, 361-253-26, 361-253-28, 361-253-29
Thank you so much for your consideration in this matter. Please advise.

Sincerely,
Bac Tran

The City of Anaheim invites you to review and provide input on the draft Pro- Housing Designation Program (PDP) Application, now available for public comment.

The Pro-Housing Designation Program, administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), recognizes jurisdictions that have adopted policies and programs to support housing production, affordability, and

accessibility. Achieving this designation will help position Anaheim to compete for State funding and advance local housing priorities.

This application builds on Anaheim’s recently adopted Housing Element and Environmental Justice planning efforts and reflects community input gathered through workshops, stakeholder meetings, and public hearings.

Public Review Period
The draft application is available for review from:

May 12, 2026 through June 11, 2026
