RESOLUTION NO. 2026-______
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY- OWNED PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC STREET, UTILITY, AND OTHER MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner, in fee title, of certain property located generally at north of the Union Pacific Rail Road, west of Phoenix Club Drive and east of the former Anaheim Center, Assessor Parcel Number: 253-631-29; and
WHEREAS, this segment of Phoenix Club Drive is undergoing future street improvements as part of the OCVibe Master Site Plan; and
WHEREAS, the dedication is necessary for public road, utility and other municipal purposes in accordance with the conditions of approval for the OCVibe Master Site Plan approved by City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to dedicate this City-owned property for public road, utility, and other municipal purposes to the dimension and capacity as shown on the approved OCVibe Master Site Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby dedicates that certain City-owned property described in Exhibit s A and B attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein for public road, utility and other municipal purposes; provided however, that nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City street system ( Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the dedication authorized by this Resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
