That portion lying southeasterly from the following described line:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of Douglass Road, said point also being the northeasterly terminus of that certain course along said centerline, shown on said Parcel Map as " N27°42'31" E 816.39' "; thence along said centerline South 27°42’32” East 113.06 feet; thence leaving said centerline, South 62°17’28” East
64.00 feet to the intersection of said southeasterly line of Resolution 2015-216 with a line parallel with and distant 64.00 feet southeasterly from said centerline, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence along said parallel line, North 27°42'32" East 71.47 feet to a curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 590.00 feet; thence leaving said parallel line, northeasterly 31.02 feet along said curve through a central angle of 3°00'45" to the intersection with said southeasterly line of Resolution 2015-216 and the terminus of this description.
