RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2026-001 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2026 [rescheduling the regular meeting of September 15 to September 22, 2026].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
At the March 24, 2026 meeting, the Housing Authority approved Resolution No. AHA- 2026-001, which amended the dates and times of regular meetings of a previously approved meeting calendar.. The item before the Housing Authority is to amend the 2026 meeting calendar to cancel and reschedule the September 15 meeting to September 22, 2026.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
