RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2026-001 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2026 [rescheduling the regular meeting of September 15 to September 22, 2026].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the March 24, 2026 meeting, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA-2026-001, which amended the dates and times of regular meetings of a previously approved meeting calendar. The item before the Authority is to amend the 2026 meeting calendar to cancel and reschedule the September 15 meeting to September 22, 2026.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
