RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2026-104 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS, RATES OF
COMPENSATION, AND PAY POLICIES FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS NONREPRESENTED FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Section 1.05.020.0103 of the Anaheim Municipal Code requires the Human Resources Director to maintain and administer a position classification and compensation plan; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated September 22, 2026, the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications designated Non-Represented Non-Sworn Management, Non-Represented Part-Time and NonRepresented, Non-Management, effective the pay period beginning September 25, 2026; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting and/or modifying such classifications designated as Non-Represented Non-Sworn Management and Non-Represented Part-Time is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
WHEREAS, such revisionsrequire an amendment to Resolution No. 2026-104; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting and/or modifying such classifications designated as Non-Represented Non-Sworn Management and Non-Represented Part-Time is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That effective the pay period beginning September 25, 2026, Appendix B – Non-Represented Non-Sworn Management of the Personnel Rules and Policies Covering NonRepresented Full-Time and Part-Time Employees, is hereby amended by creating the following unrepresented classification and assigning the following salary range:

Human Resources Information Systems Analyst II XCR10
2. That effective the pay period beginning September 25, 2026, Appendix F – Non-Represented Part-Time Classifications of the Personnel Rules and Policies Covering NonRepresented Full-Time and Part-Time Employees, is hereby amended by modifying the following rates of compensation:

Recreation Leader II 01 - 04 $18.59 - $20.31
3. That effective the pay period beginning September 25, 2026, Appendix F – Non-Represented Part-Time Classifications of the Personnel Rules and Policies Covering NonRepresented Full-Time and Part-Time Employees, is hereby amended by creating the following classification and assigning the following salary range:

4. That effective the pay period beginning September 25, 2026, Appendix F – Non-Represented Part-Time Classifications of the Personnel Rules and Policies Covering NonRepresented Full-Time and Part-Time Employees, is hereby amended by deleting the classification titles for the following classifications:

SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2026-104, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The Human Resources Director shall be delegated with the authority to publish the authorized salary schedule in said Personnel Rules in any format meeting the requirements of California Code of Regulations section 570.5.
SECTION 4.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2026-104 is September 25, 2026.
SECTION 5.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
