DISCUSSION:
The proposed project will renovate and modernize two existing interior spaces at the Anaheim Police Main Station, located at 425 S. Harbor Blvd. The staff breakroom renovation will convert the former café into a functional employee break area, providing personnel with an appropriate location for meals during extended shifts. In addition, improvements to the Homicide Division office area include general interior modernization that will improve the physical working environment. The scope of both project areas includes, but is not limited to, lighting upgrades, interior finishes, flooring replacement, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and other facility improvements. The project originally bid in April 2026 and was rebid due to omitted Federal grant requirement language.
