RECOMMENDATION:
That the Governing Board of the Anaheim Housing Authority and the City Council, by Motion, continue the public hearing to the October 27, 2026 City Council meeting, as requested by City staff.
DISCUSSION:
In accordance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, a public hearing was duly noticed with respect to the proposed issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds by the Anaheim Housing Authority in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $712,124, in order to assist with cost overruns for the Tampico Motel Conversion 32-unit permanent supportive rental housing development formerly known as “Tampico Motel," located at 151 S. Cenpla Way (formerly 120 S. State College Blvd.). Staff is requesting a continuance to the October 27, 2026 Council meeting.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
