REGULAR SESSION
The regular session was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

INVOCATION
Nick Braito, Neighborhood Church of Anderson/Cottonwood, gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Susie Baugh led the Pledge of Allegiance.
INTRODUCTIONS
Finance Office Manager Cindy Wheeler introduced new Account Clerk III Raquel Daoust.
Ramuel thanked Council for the opportunity and looks forward to working with the PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA -None.
CONSENT AGENDA
By motion made, second (Gallier/Neutze) and carried by a 5-0 vote, Council took the following action.
Approved the minutes of the regular meeting of February 21, 2023.
Received and filed warrant 27938 to 27998 in the amount of $92,441.23; Received and filed warrant 27999 to 28064 in the amount of $359,445.29.
Received and filed the quarterly treasurer's report for the fiscal quarter ended December 31,2022
Vote: AYES: Councilmembers Gallier, Neutze, Hunt, Baugh and Mayor Gallagher.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.

CITY MANAGER
APPOINT COUNCIL MEMBERS TO THE BUDGET COMMITTEE
City Manager Jeff Kiser started the conversation then turned it over to Mayor Gallagher to discuss the two nominations.
By motion made, seconded (Hunt/Baugh) and carried by a 5-0 vote Council voted to appoint Councilmember Dan Gallier and Vice Mayor Stan Neutze to the budget committee.
Vote: AYES: Councilmembers Hunt, Baugh, Gallier, Neutze and Mayor Gallagher.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.

Councilmembers used this time to report on meetings and activities they participated in and to announce upcoming events.
