The Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 11:00 a.m.

Also present: City Manager Jeff Kiser, City Attorney Collin Bogener, and City Clerk Christy White.

CLOSED SESSION - 11:01 a.m.
11:01 a.m.: The City Council convened to Closed Session to discuss the following:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Govt. Code § 54957.

12:14 p.m.: The City Council reconvened to Open Session.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Mayor Gallagher announced that Council sat in Closed Session and entered into an agreement with Peckham and McKenney Executive Search for recruitment of a City Manager.
ADIOURNMENT
12:14 p.m.: The City Council adjourned.
