The special meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m.

Also present: City Manager Joey Forseth-Deshais and Finance Director Cindy Wheeler.

Councilmember Mike Gallagher gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Vice Mayor Dan Gallier led the Pledge of Allegiance.

REGULAR AGENDA
FINANCE DIRECTOR
SHASTA COUNTY TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF FUNDS PROGRAM
Finance Director Cindy Wheeler gave a staff report and along with City Manager Forseth- Deshais answered questions from Council.
By motion made, seconded (Gallagher/Simmons) and carried by a 4-0 vote Council voted to approve Resolution No 25-45 authorizing staff to send a request to Shasta County Auditor Controller & Shasta County Treasurer-Tax Collector for a temporary transfer of funds; and authorize the City Manager to Enter into the Temporary Transfer of Funds Agreement.
