REGULAR SESSION
The special session was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Also present: City Manager Joey Forseth-Deshais, City Attorney Mike Ricks, Finance Director Cindy Wheeler and City Clerk Christy White.
INVOCATION
Vice Mayor Simmons gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Susie Baugh led the Pledge of Allegiance.
CITY COUNCIL
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Mayor Gallier invited Council to discuss the matter of bringing forward a policy for Social Media activity.
By motion made, second (Gallagher/Baugh) and carried by a 4-1 vote Council voted to have staff bring back a Social Media Draft Policy at the next meeting on March 3, 2026 if possible, if not March 17, 2026.
Vote: AYES: Councilmembers Gallagher, Baugh, Simmons and Mayor Gallier.
NOES: Hale.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
