The special session was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

Absent: Councilmember Baugh
Also present: City Manager Joey Forseth-Deshais, City Attorney Collin Bogener, Finance Director Cindy Wheeler and City Clerk Christy White.
INVOCATION
Mayor Dan Gallier gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Vice Mayor Bonnie Simmons led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA
Comments were received thanking Council for their action.
CITY COUNCIL
DISCUSSION ON CENSURE OF COUNCILMEMBER BAUGH
Mayor Gallier opened the discussion on the attached Resolution and opened public comment.
Public comment was received in regard to the resolution.
Council gave staff direction to make a few changes to the resolution and bring it back to the May 19th, 2026 meeting for adoption.
