That Council ratify the upgrade purchase of Enterprise ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning – Munis), including business process and implementation services from Tyler Technologies, Inc. (Tyler), in the amount of $945,553.00 with additional annual costs for on-going software services starting at $231,747.00, and authorize the Town Manager or designee to execute appropriate agreements and documentation.
