Consider the approval of an amendment to the exclusive franchise agreement for the collection and handling of solid waste, recyclables, and organic waste and consider new or increased solid waste service rates:
Open Public Hearing to hear public comments.
Close Public Hearing after all public comments have been heard, and determine if written protests have been received from the owners of the majority of parcels which are subject to the solid waste service rate increases.
If no majority protest exists, adopt Resolution No. 2022-35 Approving an Amendment to the Exclusive Franchise Agreement with Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. for the Collection, and Handling of Solid Waste, Recyclables, and Organic Waste and Adopting the Solid Waste Service Rates
