To whom it may concern,
I am against any increase to solid waste rates. As a senior citizen, we don't generate as much trash as others in exhibit A.
I am open to there being a reduced rate for senior citizens. I'm sure many seniors are on fixed incomes.
There shouldn't be a choice of buying food or paying trash bill.
