Gina Whiteside, the Shelter Director of the Apple Valley shelter is paid nearly 30,000 per month to manage the Apple Valley shelter, HOWEVER, NEITHER SHE, YOU, OR THE CITY pay NO mind to the cruelty that goes on. The cruel and disgusting slaughterhouse that THE CITY, CITY COUNSEL AND GINA WHITESIDE are trying to pass off as a shelter is nauseating. Dogs suffer 100+ degree temperatures, NO FOOD, NO WATER, NO AIR, left to SUFFER AND DIE.
This is grounds for A LAWSUIT and FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY AND NEGLECT. I am a born and raised resident of San Bernardino County and I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANIMAL ABUSE.
