Apple Valley should be shut down. It makes no sense to neglect and abuse dogs in their care when these animals have already been neglected and abused by their horrible owners. Where is the compassion and empathy? Feces and flies, no bed, food or water shows a cruelty that is unacceptable. People who are in the business of helping these animals find homes should not withhold the basic needs of these animals. Where is the person in charge? Have cruelty and abuse become normalized? Animal abuse is a serious offense. Animals in their care are dying a terrible death.
Disease, starvation, and dehydration are a few of the consequences of being in the care of these monsters. I hope that you choose to help these animals not only stay healthy, but find loving homes that they desperately deserve.
