You would think Bruce is at fault because someone who ‘thought’ they wanted a dog, until they didn’t dropped him off or someone found him wandering. This is a beautiful dog who you are abusing and you should be shut down and arrested! Should we pat you on the back? You are a non-profit funded probably by donations and city funding who treat animals the way you do? You are shameful! The city should take your license and place these animals where they are cared for.
Other shelters send dogs to other shelters. I hope you will get the misery you are inflicting on animals who have no choice but to live around you in filth and cruelty.
