Hello,
I am writing to demand that positive changes be made to the shelter in your city. The animals suffer because staff only does the minimum. These animals need networking, photos, reaching out to rescues, especially because they are only given a few days to be saved in many cases. Your shelter is the very worst killing factory in all of Southern California and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
