To Whom It May Concern,
I am reaching out to advocate for TNR/spay/neuter services for the community to be discussed immediately at the next city council meeting. I am urging for a cost/benefit analysis of running a TNR and/or spay/neuter program, as I grearly believe the benefits far outweigh the cost of current operating systems.
TNR and spay/neuter would greatly reduce the amount of animals taken in, housing and providing supplies to those animals. Not to mention the disgustingly low adoption and survival rates.
