Dear Council members ,
I am writing on behalf of community cats and cat owners . You’re having a cat problem because cat owners cannot afford the cost of spaying and neutering their cats. They want to help control the cat population and having a good TrapNeuterRelease program would lower the cat population greatly . This is not a problem you can solve by mass killings of unfortunate cats. Stopping the birth of future kittens will solve a massive part of this. Adoption events can help. Murdering them is a horrible crime and reflects poorly on your council and your town. This has spread far on a public and as your actions are being watched I hope you do the right thing.
