I am writing to you because I am concerned about the high number of trapped cats that come in to your shelter, a high percentage of which end up getting euthanized.
Please consider implementing a TNR program for cats, as well as offering free or low cost spay and neuter services to residents.
Also, please consider modifying the leash law to exclude cats.
I am located across the country, but it breaks my heart to see all of these cats needlessly suffer and die for no reason.
