I am writing because I am concerned about how your shelter euthanized Luke the cat after accepting an adoption application. You had confirmed that you received the application for Luke, and then you euthanized the cat before the person could pick him up after they drove
2.5 hours. What are you doing to ensure that nothing like that happens again? I know that your work is difficult and your shelter is overwhelmed, but this was a serious lapse in your procedure that you need to address.
