Dear Apple Valley City Council,
I am devastated by the recent death of Luke, a cat who was surrendered to Apple Valley Shelter by his owner. Luke did not deserve to die. There was no reason to kill him. There are so many poor cats at this shelter killed needlessly every single day and it is cruel and heartless and unnecessary.
Please, please stop this.
