Dear Council Members,
I know two weeks ago you voted to make improvements to Apple Valley, however in two weeks, sadly there has been little done to help save the lives of these innocent animals who are being euthanized daily!
Please hold these employees accountable and bring in caring workers who want to work with the Rescues and make it easy to access the animals and receive pull rights.
This system should be as easy as possible for Rescues to step in and help these animals, they should not have to jump through hoops with people who are not interested in getting to a no kill solution.
I know change takes time, but lives are being lost each day that there are delays.
Please act quickly to implement life saving changes.
Thank you,
