That the Town Council approve and authorize the Town Manager or his designee to approve the price proposal and authorize a purchase order with Public Restroom Company for the purchase and installation of a prefabricated restroom and storage building in the amount not to exceed $497,700. The prefabricated restroom and storage building will be installed at the Captain Joseph McConnell Park Jr.,USAF (McConnell Park) Park.
