Review and approve the bid documents for the Apple Valley Sheriff’s Department HVAC Replacement Project; Award a contract to Simco Mechanical, Inc., for the Apple Valley Sheriff’s Department HVAC Replacement Project subject to “Approval as to Form” by the Town Attorney and “Approval as to Content” by the Town Manager in the amount of $71,000 with a 10% contingency of $7,100, for a total amount not to exceed $78,100.

Accept the work completed by Onyx Paving Company, Inc. as part of the Roadway Repair 2025 project for a total contract cost of $944,541.70.
Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contracted work.
Direct the Director of Finance to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided no claims are filed against the contractor.
