3. Apple Valley Shelter Services Agreement Final - CLEAN.pdf That the Town Council carefully consider all of the public testimony heard at this meeting and all information and input received previously. Following discussion, staff recommends Town Council choose one of the following options:
Option 1 – Approve the purchase and sale agreement, selling the Shelter to the County, and enter into a shelter service agreement with the County; Option 2 – Reject the purchase and sale agreement, and direct staff to take action to end the current agreement with the County; or Option 3 – Provide different or additional direction to staff.
