Accept the work completed by LCR Earthwork & Engineering, Corp. for the Yucca Loma Elementary Safe Routes to School project for a total contract cost of $2,538,375.47.
Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contract work.
Direct the Finance Director to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided no claims are filed against the contractor.

Accept the work completed by American Pavement Systems, Inc. for the Chip Seal 2025 project for a total contract cost of $3,241,906.80.
Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contract work.
Direct the Finance Director to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided no claims are filed against the contractor.

Approve the second (2nd) addendum to the Joint Use Agreement with the Lewis Center for Educational Research Academy for Excellence. The addendum updates procedures requiring the Town to notify the Lewis Center for Educational Research Academy for Excellence by the next working day of any health or safety concerns, criminal matters involving staff, or building safety issues. It also reflects an increase in program fees to account for rising operational costs set forth in the original Joint Use Agreement.
