Staff recommends that the Town Council approve updates to the Municipal Fee Schedule related to golf course fees for fiscal year 2026/2027.

For good cause shown, and finding a waiver will serve a public purpose, approve the waiver of the Park Rental Fee of $1,077.00.

7.1 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

2. AV 26-27 Action Plan - Draft (For Public Review).pdf Conduct a public hearing and receive comments on the draft 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds.
Approve the Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee (CDCAC) funding recommendations for the 2026-2027 Fifth-Year AAP, an annual component of the Five-Year 2022-2026 Consolidated Plan (“Consolidated Plan”).
Provide Town Staff with a methodology to distribute funds should the Town’s and Consortium’s 2026-2027 CDBG and HOME annual allocations increase or decrease.
Authorize the Town Manager to execute all necessary HUD documents on behalf of the Town.
