Approve the final plans and specifications for the Civic Center Park Pickleball Courts Project.
Authorize staff to move forward with construction should grant funding or other funding sources become available to fully fund the construction costs.
Authorize staff to advertise for bids and award a construction contract in accordance with the Town's purchasing policies upon confirmation of available project funding.
