Recommendation: Receive and File
SUMMARY
A PowerPoint presentation of the General Fund Fiscal Year 2022-23 year ending result will be presented at the City Council Meeting along with a preliminary discussion of the status of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
The proposed action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, as it can be seen with certainty that it will have no impact on the environment. Thus, this matter is exempt under CEQA.
FISCAL IMPACT
No adjustments will be requested at this time to the adopted FY 2023-24 Budget
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council determine that this action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”); receive and file the presentation.
