TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCATA AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Arcata City Council is hereby called to be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 12:00 Noon, via teleconference utilizing Zoom Video Communications, to consider adopting a resolution to authorize a joint application and participation in the Homekey Program and rescinding Resolution No. 212-23, and adopting a resolution amending Resolution No. 212-35 to increase the grant application amount to $19 million.

Consistent with Assembly Bill 361 and California Government Code section 54953(e)(1)(A), the City Council’s continued Proclamation of a Local Emergency, and the Humboldt County Public Health Officer’s Order of August 6, 2021, the City Council meeting location will not be open to the public. Members of the public may participate in the meeting via teleconferencing utilizing Zoom Video Communications.
