TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCATA AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcata is hereby called to be held on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 736 F Street, Arcata. The purpose of the meeting is as follows: Declare results of the Special Municipal Election held on June 7, 2022; Swear-in the newly elected member of the Arcata City Council; and hold a closed session, to wit, CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—EXISTING LITIGATION pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1): Driscoll, et al., v. City of Arcata, et al., Humboldt County Superior Court Case Nos. CV190363 and CV2100376.
