CITY COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Matthews, Stillman, Atkins-Salazar, Schaefer, White.
PLANNING COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Davies, Tangney, Hamm, Lehman, Simmons, Strickland, Yodowitz. STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Perry, Director of Community Development Loya, Deputy Director of Community Development Dart, City Engineer Khatri, Director of Environmental Services Sinkhorn, City Clerk Varley.

A. Housing and Urban Development Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (HUD PRO Housing)—Form-Based Code/Objective Design Standards.
