1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stillman called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Stillman invited public comment.
There being none, Mayor Stillman closed the public comment period.

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 (One Item). Employee Organization: International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 3. Agency Negotiator: Keira Vink.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL––EXISTING LITIGATION, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1). Name of Case: City of Arcata v. AO Kiriki Ben Tut Malik Silkiss; and Marc Delany, et al., Humboldt County Superior Court, Case number: CV2401719.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.
