1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Stillman called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Stillman invited public comment.
There being none, Mayor Stillman closed the public comment period.
3. CLOSED SESSION

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 (One Item). Employee Organization: International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 3. Agency Negotiator: Keira Vink.
The Council met in closed session in the City Manager's Conference Room.
Recess
: The Council recessed from 5:07 p.m. to 5:12 p.m.
The Council returned to open session in the City Manager's Conference Room at 5:12 p.m.
4. OPEN SESSION—Board Interview

Interview One Applicant for One Vacancy on the Board of Appeals.

The Council interviewed Stanley Elcock for one vacancy on the Board of Appeals with no term limit.
Recess
: The Council recessed from 5:19 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Council returned to the Chamber at 5:55 p.m.
